With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Mills (Reedville, Virginia), born in Sandy Spring, Maryland, who passed away on October 14, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Rachel Ward; her grandmother Katherine Collins; her sisters, Kathy, Rachel and Sally; her husband Christopher J. Mills; and also, Kristin Raymond and Dotty. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
