She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Jett Haynie; her parents, James Loren Sisson, Sr. and Inez Anderson Sisson; and her brother James Loren Sisson, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Edwin Anderson Sisson; and her nieces and nephews, Christa Mesrobian (John), James L. Sisson, III (Cindy), Lee Graham (Mark Granville-Smith), Andy Sisson, Lynne S. Haynie (Russell), Suzanne S. Smith (Brian) and Heather Maxwell (Charlie Greenberg). She is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews, and seven great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (454 Main St, Reedville, VA 22539). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Roseland Cemetery.
