He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan, Jr. and Grace Dugger Sullivan; and his siblings, June Dye, Barbara "Cookie" Sullivan, Gail Sullivan and Terry Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Sullivan; his children, Robin Sullivan of Richlands, VA and Matthew Sullivan of Richlands, VA; his sister Sharon Kittts of Richlands, VA; and his grandsons, Colton Lawson and Jacob Sullivan. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
