She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Rutter and Margie Cole Rutter. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Meadows of Jewell Ridge, VA; her sons, Ernest Lee Quinley and Cody Dewayne Quinley; her stepdaughter Andrea Balthis (Johnathon) of Gate City, VA; her siblings, Sarah Slone (Norman) of Yukon, WV, Rhonda Addair (Thomas) of Raysal, WV, Rebekah "Becky" Muncy (David) of Warrior Mines, WV, Marion Junior Rutter (Teresa) of Yukon, WV, Douglas Eugene Rutter of Raysal, WV and Timothy Rutter (Mary) of Raysal, WV.; and her nephew Anthony Wayne Sparks. She is also survived by one grandson, two step-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
