She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Clinton VanMeter and Ella Pursifull VanMeter. She is survived by: her husband Clark Bailey Farmer; her children, JoElla Farmer of Raven, VA and Clark Randall Farmer of Richlands, VA; her brother H. C. VanMeter of Grundy, VA; her grandchildren, Clayton Farmer, Taylor Robinson (Chase), Katelyn Richardson (Ethan Mason) and Keirstan Farmer; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn Mason and Easton Mason. She is also survived by son Several half-brothers and sisters, and family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
