She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Joseph Kitts and Erma Vanover Kitts; and her sister Ollie Mae Green. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Shelton; her son Wayne Shelton (Donna) of Swords Creek, VA; her sister Debbie Atwell of Rocky Gap, VA; and her close friends, Sandra McCracken and Linda Brewer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
