He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William Barnett, Sr. and Bertha Lee Trivett Barnett; and his siblings, Dorothy Presley of Nell Richardson, A. W, Curtis Barnett, Ted Barnett, Leo Barnett and Alberta Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Barnette; his children, Tommie Lee Stewart (Steve) of Radford, Samantha Horn (Tim) of Richlands and Chad Cole (Emily) of Pounding Mill; his grandchildren, Jade Greenawalt, Jacob Greenawalt, Samuel Horn, Sadie Cole, Bryce Cole and Darcy Cole; his great grandchild Jackson Parker; his brothers, Jack Barnett (Betty) of Coco Beach, FL and Roger Barnett of Amonate; his pet Scruffy; and his friend Elrae Patton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
