He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hale and Mary Hale. He is survived by: his wife Rita Diane Nipper Hale; his children, Melissa Dona Hale (Jeremy Scott Lee) of West Liberty, Ohio. and Joshua Michael Hale (Kimberly Elizabeth Hale) of Glade Springs, Virginia.; his sister Charlotte Gamble (Morris Gamble) of Columbus, Ohio.; his pets, Prissy and Precious Princess; his sister-in-law Frances Morgan; and his friends, Rocky Smith, Dr. John Kerr and Pam. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
