We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2021, at the age of 63, Otis Lee Bowman of Raven, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Bowman and Nellie Bowman; his children, Amanda Good of Richlands, Leeann Mullins of Raven, Virginia and Thomas Bowman of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; and his siblings, Elsie Stevenson of Council, Virginia, Lonzie Bowman of Council and John Henry Bowman of Florida. He was also cherished by Six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
