She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Horn and Polly Horn; her former husband Perry Keen; her husband Claude Horn; her siblings, Jean Keen, Goldie Horn, Ellis Horn, Paul Horn and Buford Horn; and her grandchildren, Danny Keen and Elizabeth Keen.
She is survived by: her sons, Willie Keen (Wanda) of Lebanon, VA, Richard Keen of Oakwood, VA, Don Keen (Tammy) of Honaker, VA and Tony Keen (Martha) of Oakwood, VA; her brothers, Grady Horn of Oakwood, VA and Silas Horn (Diana) of Raven, VA; and her grandchildren, Edward Keen, Don Keen Jr., Erick Keen, Ashley Casey, Kaitlyn Keen and Abigail Keen. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Homes to help with funeral expenses.
