He was predeceased by: his father Willard Leonard Osborne; his wife Mona Pearl Short Osborne; and his siblings, Danny Osborne, Sterling Osborne, Roger Osborne, Eugene Osborne, Betty Smith and Annie Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelia Rasnake (John); his grandchildren, Shane Rasnake (Santana Nipper) and Maggie Rasnake; his stepgranddaughter Kayla Rasnake; his great grandchildren, Bryson Rasnake, Isabella Rasnake, Grace Lynn Rasnake and Hunter Edwards; his siblings, Bobby Osborne (Madge), Jerry Osborne', Mae Miller, Doris Mitchell (Chester), Sylvia Miller (Mack) and Brenda Short; and also Tyler Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
