She was predeceased by: her parent George Washington of Russell County, VA.; her husband Shannon Webb; her son Gaines E. Webb; her granddaughters, Kimberly Davis and Amber Blankenship; and her siblings, Arbutus Cline, Shirley Baldwin, Juanita Holmes, Arnold Robinette, Harve Robinette, Garnett Robinette, Buford Whitt, Urshel Whitt, Monica Richardson (Ronnie) of Greenville and Brenda Davis of Raven, VA.
She is survived by: her parent Winnie Yates Whitt of Russell County, VA.; her son Garnett K. Webb (Martha) of Bluefield, VA; and her sisters, Jean Miller of Salem and Audrey Noel. She is also survived by her grandson, Jeremy Richardson Also surviving are ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the building fund of the Ivy Springs Baptist Church.
