She was predeceased by: her parents, Danny L. Noel, Sr. and Katherine M. Fox Noel; her husband Larry A. Proffitt, Sr.; and her son Kenneth W. Hess, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Jeremy W. Hess (Natosha) of Raven, VA; her stepchildren, Larry A. Proffitt, Jr. (Kimberly) and Crystal A. Hansen (Dave) of Luray, VA.; her siblings, Lora Jane Noel (Terry Hill) of Swords Creek, VA. and Danny L. Noel, Jr. (Kayla Leslie); her grandchildren, Donald McClanahan, Austin Proffitt, Lindsey Vile, Nathalie Huffman, Autumn Hess, Logann Hess, Haylie Hess, Landon Hess, Emily Hansen, David Hansen and Andrew Hansen; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee McClanahan and Josephine Vile.
