She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hurt and Mandy Dye Hurt; her husband Winfred Hill; her son Danny Lewis Hill; and her siblings, Laurie Shelton, Hershel Hurt, Johnny Hurt, James Hurt and Eugene Hurt.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Hill (Ellen) of Doran, VA, Linda Damron of Lebanon, VA, Sandra Houchins (David) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Violet Hill of Richlands, VA and Randall Hill (Beth) of Cedar Bluff, VA; and her brother Franklin Hurt of Raven, VA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
