He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Endicott Hess (Cox) of Raven, VA; his siblings-in-law, Amanda Keen (Matt) of Oakwood, VA, Jonathan Fuller (Amanda) of Council, VA, Joshua Wayne Fuller (Breonna) of Council, VA, Eric Fuller (Tammy) of Vansant, VA and Anthony Ratliff of Richlands, VA; his stepfather-in-law Thurman Fuller; and his uncles, Gene Ratliff, Claude Ratliff (Bonnie) and Earl Ratliff.
