He is survived by: his mother Wanda Justus Rowe of Hurley, VA; his son Joshua Gregory Rowe of Belfast, VA; his brothers, Jerry Earl Rowe of Richlands, VA and Terry Rowe of Lexington, KY; his grandsons, Joshua Robert Heath Rowe and Joseph Isaiah Rowe; his nephew Juston Rowe; and his sister-in-law Tammy Stevens.
