He is survived by: his wife Kathie Meadows; his daughters, Emily Brooke Carver (Samuel) of Richlands and Hannah Mikalah Meadows of Raven, Virginia; his siblings, Annabelle Wright (Daniel) of Slanesville, Ricky Dean Meadows (Sandy) of Rowe and Jill Deloris Meadows of Rowe, Virginia; and his aunt Agnes Boyd of Rowe, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
