He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lacy Tackett and Rose Ray Sutton; his wife Michelle Kilgore; his daughters, Julie Farmer of Honaker and Alivia Newsome of Tennessee; his stepdaughter Sharon Salyers of Virginia; and his siblings, Lisa Miller (Anthony) of Tazewell, Vickey Tackett of Ohio, Roger Keen of Kentucky, Teddy Kilgore (Heidi) of Kentucky, John Kilgore of Oakwood, Rhonda Tackett (Jason) of Mississippi, Lacy Keith Tackett of Kentucky, Dwana, Pam, Martha and Chuck Sutton. He was also cherished by Six Grandchildren.
