It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elice Charles Osborne of Raven, Virginia, born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Trigger Bill" Osborne and Narcie Lowe Osborne; his sons, Matthew Osborne and Cecil "Dwight" Osborne; and his siblings, Clyde David Osborne, Emory Osborne and Verlie Elswick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Keen Osborne; his daughters-in-law, Sylvia Brown of Raven, VA and Connie Stilwell of Richlands, VA; his siblings, Hattie Short (Mose) of Powhatten, VA and Chap Osborne of Raven, VA; and his grandchildren, Jason Osborne (Catherine) of Richlands, VA, Daniel Osborne (Natasha) of Raven, VA, Shane Osborne (Jessica) of Swords Creek, VA, Ginger Bevins (Frankie) of Richlands, VA and Patsy Osborne (Timothy) of Richlands, VA.. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, several half brothers and sisters; stepbrothers, and a host of family and friends.
