With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertina Vance of Raven, Virginia, born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wintfred Stillwell and Enola Honaker Stillwell; her daughter Jerri Lynn; and her siblings, Bill Stillwell, Hobby Honaker, June Marie Baldwin and Beulah Acres.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Vance; her children, Teresa Stevens (Larry) of Richlands, Pamela Denise Bailey of Bristol, Jerry Lee Vance, Jr. (Peggy) of Lebanon and James Vance; her grandchildren, Diana Keene, Haley Lowe, Jeffrey Shinall, Josh Vance and Latosha Haffley; and her sister Imogene Chavis. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
