He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Lowe; his son Mark Andrew Lowe of Thailand; and his siblings, Shelby Lowe of Claypool Hill, Virginia, Betty Lowe of Kentucky, Brenda Dennis of South Carolina and Keith Allen Lowe (Tonya) of South Chester, SC..
