He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Walter and Sarah Mitchell Proctor of Rapidan, VA.; and his brothers, J. W. Proctor and Douglas Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Joan Anderson Proctor; his children, Teresa Kyle Proctor (Tim), John Wayne Clatterbaugh, II (Barbara) and Tiffany Clatterbaugh Terry; and his grandsons, Wyatt Clatterbaugh and Brett Clatterbaugh.
