He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest Davis and Hazel Goodson Davis; his wife Dorothy Southard Davis; and his brothers, William E. Davis and Delmar Davis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Davis of Orange, Judy D. Lamb (Linwood) of Barboursville, Shirley Davis of Orange and Edward S. Davis of Orange.
