She is survived by: her parent Julia Rowe (Harvey); her children, Joey Locklear of Waynesboro and Trina Locklear; her granddaughter Haley Stevens; her great grandchildren, Julia Hance of Houston and Graelyn Hance of Houston; her siblings, Bobby Rowe and Rosalee Miller; and her brother-in-law Elmer Doyle of Staunton.
