She was predeceased by: her husband Randolph S. Ransone (Ranny); her siblings, Thelma E. Jett, Francis J. Slocum and Vivian Blight Jett; her adoptive son John B.; and her daughter Dale R. Sawdy.
She is survived by: her brother Garnet B. Jett; her grandchildren, Shannon S. Jernigan (Matthew) and Trenton J. Jernigan; her nephew Michael B. Slocum (Terri); and her niece Kathy W. Hawley (Ben).
