He is survived by: his wife Doris T. Duncan; his children, John J. Duncan (Cindy), William J. Duncan (Jeanna), Gracie M. Duncan (Eric) and Jennifer D. Hoff; his grandchildren, Amber, Jackie, William, Drayton, Peighton, Lincoln and Jennings; and his sister Patricia Cox (Sherman). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
