She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lee Shelor and Stella Mae Sowers Shelor; her husband Berkley Anderson Bibee; her siblings, Agnes Shelor Marion, Samuel Thomas Shelor and Alvin Elwood Shelor; and her nieces and nephews, Samuel Thomas Shelor, Jr., Alvin Elwood Shelor, Jr., Diane Quesenberry and Kimberly Shelor-Hare.
She is survived by: her sister Nadine Shelor Burton of Maryland; her sister-in-law Patty Lewey Shelor; and her close friend Anna Handy.
