He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Lester and Erdia G. Reed Lester; his former wife Geneva D. Lester; his siblings, Aluvia Jennings (Charlie), Pauline Mannon (Troy) and Alton Lester (Lucille); and his grandson John Kevin Raysor.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Lester; his daughter Nelda Kay Lester Raysor (Robert); his great grandchildren, Brittany L. Raysor, Lindsey J. Raysor and Celeste A. Raysor; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Loveday (Judy) and Joe Loveday (Jackie). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
