He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Tammy Winkle (Mike Jones), Scott Simpkins (Angie) and Melissa Simpkins (Brian Broce); his grandchildren, Heather Potter (Jeremie), Justin Winkle, Joshua Simpkins and Tiffany Simpkins; his children, Marliegh, Austin, Misstey, Kalli, Hunter and Logan; his siblings, Sam Simpkins (Peggy), Nelson Simpkins (Deborah), Don Simpkins, Linda Smith (Bob) and Teresa Davis; and his pet Baby.
