She is survived by: her husband Tom Starnes; her son Craig; her daughter-in-law Kristen Starnes; her daughter Stephanie; her son-in-law Kirk Sutphin; her grandchildren, Seth Gillespie (Kristie), Alex Gillespie, Andrianna Starnes and Thomas Starnes; her great grandchild Kennedy; her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Neta Vance; and her nephew Joel Vance. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
