He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Moore and Edith Moore Mills; his wife Laura "Cissy" Moore; and his siblings, Janet Moore and Wallace "Tony" Mills.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Moore, Jr. and James Matthew Moore; his stepchildren, Neal McClellan and Shawnea Gravley; his granddaughters, Chalei Albert and Brooke Moore; and his siblings, Danny Hamilton, Stanley Moore, Robert Mills and Candace Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
