It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Heldreth of Radford, Virginia, born in Fayetteville, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Phillip Epperly and Flossie Elaine Ross Epperly; her close friend Harry Webster; her sisters, Mildred Ann Selvey Vernon, Vella Jo Peterson and Lois June Campbell; and her daughter Rebecca Ann Heldreth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Gess of Christiansburg, VA and Rhonda Boone (Richard) of Matthews, NC; her grandchildren, Greg Gess of Bluefield, VA, Mark Gess (Angela) of Blacksburg, VA, Jeff Gess of Atlanta, GA, Ali Boone of Charlotte, NC, Adam Boone (Sarah) of Matthews, NC and Mackenzie Boone of Matthews, NC; and her great grandchildren, Spencer Gess, Ezra Boone and Levi Boone.
In lieu of flowers, it is the family's request that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
