He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Myers McPeak and Clifton Rudolph McPeak; and his brother Clifton Rudolph McPeak Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy W. McPeak; his children, Kathryn Rollins (Ken) and Henry "Hank" Crowder; his sister-in-law Kay McPeak; and his friends, Sharon Carter and Chris Hatchett. He is also survived by two grandchildren, a great-grandchild as well as nieces and cousins.
