She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Henriksen and Lava Henriksen. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Hawes; her son-in-law Alex Espinoza Arias of Galax; her grandchildren, Anthony Hawes, Erik Hawes Beverly and Jessica; and her niece Astrid Strømnes. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
