He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey W. Stoots and Rosie Isabelle Jones Stoots; and his siblings, William "Bill" Stoots, George Stoots, Charles Stoots, Leanna Bentley, Geraldine "Geri" Jarrells and Peggy Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Ellison, Debbie Bales (Randy) and Kenneth Ray Stoots, Jr.; his grandchildren, Joseph Ellison, Traci Dillon, Josh Cox, Brandon Ellison and Jacob Bales; his great grandchildren, Jensen, Jocelyn, Nathan, Carson, Daxton and Natalie; and his friends, Steven Nack and Leroy Quesenberry. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
