He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Heineman; his father William; and his parents-in-law, Marvin and Iva Long. He is survived by: his mother Betty Heineman of Fairlawn; his sisters, Terry Pugh of Radford and Melanie Boyd (Randy) of Dublin; his nephews, Jared Pugh and Justin Boyd (Brandy); and his great-nephews, Henry and Lachlan Boyd.
