She was predeceased by: her husband William Worthington; and her siblings, John Justice and Shirley. She is survived by: her son Billy Worthington; her daughter-in-law Kathy Worthington; her children, Kennette Jones, Jeff McPeake and Tammy Dye; her grandchildren, Koty Jones, Shaelyn Harmon and Wyatt Harmon; her great grandchild Brielle Jones; and her sister Ada Tharp.
