It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Townsend Herzog of Radford, Virginia, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Leslie and Eleanor Townsend; and her sister Judy Kendall. She is survived by: her husband Frank Herzog of Radford; her daughters, Carrie Frye (Chris) and Amy Beard (Billy); her grandsons, Will of Charlotte, NC and Jake Frye of Charlotte, NC; and her brothers, James Townsend of Seattle, WA and John Townsend of Morris, CT. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
