James Blair Spillman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Blair Spillman of Radford, Virginia, born in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Spillman and Lelia Spillman; his wife Betty Spillman; and his son James Todd Spillman. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Spillman, Linda Newell (John), Susan Spillman (Russ) and Shirley Cullop (Mark); his grandchildren, Ian, Danielle Weaver, Jesse, Kevin, Matt Newell, Rachael and Devin Cullop; and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Lila.
