He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Webb, Sr. and Georgia Ross Saul; and his grandson Joshua Bryant Cabell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smith Saul; his children, Stanley (Michelle Smith) and Sheila (Kenny Cabell); his grandchildren, Crystal Ruff (Roberto), Kenny Cabell (Christina), Nicholas Smith, Chelsea Smith and Samantha Smith; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Olivia, Isaacc, Ella and Adeline; his sister Wanda Sue Matney; and his close friend Nick Fraiser. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
