He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Beckwith, Sr. and Alma Virginia Linkous Whitt; and his brother Robert "Bob" Whitt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Whitt; his sons, Scott Whitt (Lori) and Johnny Whitt (Karen); his grandchildren, Justin (Bailey), Dillon (MaKayla) and Riley; and his brother Cabby Whitt (Diane). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
