He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alexander Osborne, II and Mattie Lewis Osborne; and his brother Joseph Alexander Osborne III of Williamsburg. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Hughes and William Lewis Osborne (Lou); his sister-in-law Sheri Osborne; his children, Joseph Alexander Osborne IV, Laura Osborne Kirk and Marian Osborne DeHart; and his grandchildren, Vittoria LoMascolo Tripp and Michael Duncan Hammond. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
