She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Thomas and Annie Thomas; her husband William Harold Collins; and her children, George E. Collins and Nancy Wallace.
She is survived by: her son William Harold, Jr.; her children-in-law, Mary Collins of Dublin, Jennifer Collins of Radford and Bill Wallace of Radford; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Edith Thomas. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
