We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 67, Cynthia Lynn Blackburn Sartin of Radford, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazzard Blackburn and Minnie Pearl Blackburn; and her husband Leroy Wayne Sartin. She is survived by: her sons, Jamie Duncan (Shannon) of Christiansburg, Keith Duncan (Vanessa) of Radford, John Duncan of Radford and Ron Duncan; and her siblings, Margaret P. Blackburn, Linda Blackburn of Toledo, Ohio and Vernon Blackburn of Radford. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
