She was predeceased by: her parents, James Akers and Russell Akers; her husband Dale McNair Boyd; and her brothers, Ralph, Bill, Edgar and Edward Akers.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Dale Boyd (Vickie), Timothy Michael Boyd (Ruth) and Phillip Lee Boyd (Laura); her grandchildren, Lanie, Jesse (Ana), Lily and Eva; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Colt and Hazel. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
