We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2021, at the age of 73, Carol Ann Mitchell Parker of Radford, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Parker, Sr.; her children, Angela Parker Akers (Terry) of Snowville and Randy Parker, Jr. (Afton) of Radford; her grandchildren, Kelsey N. Akers, T. J. Akers (Kaitlyn Dunford) and Emma J. Parker; her sister Phyllis; her brother-in-law Eugene Castle of Dublin; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Barbara Mitchell of Tazewell. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
