She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fleenor and Grace Fleenor. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Henry Smart, Jr.; her children, Jay Smart, Vicki (Danny King) and Anita (Dale Quesenberry); and her sister Judy Fry of Christiansburg. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
