He was predeceased by: his father Herman Curtis England; his wife Barbara England; and his siblings, Bobby, Oley, Helen and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his children, Charles England and Jennifer Blackwell (Rick); his grandsons, Jacob England, David Blackwell and Brandon Blackwell; and his brother Grover England. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
