She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fisher and Irene Fisher; her grandson Kevin Adkins, Jr.; and her brother E. P. "Buddy" Fisher, III. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Adkins of Radford, Kenneth L. Adkins of Charlotte, N. C. and Kristi; her son-in-law Joe Rorrer of Radford; her close friend Eddie Carpenter of Radford; her grandchildren, Bessie Ann Clay, Callie Adkins, Andrew Phipps and Izzy Rorrer; her great grandchild Evelyn Clay; her brother Steven Fisher (Janice) of Northern Virginia; and her sister-in-law Daisy Swem Fisher of Fairlawn. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
