He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Caldwell and Laura Lee Caldwell (Mac McCollum); his wife Patsy; his children, Laura Whitcomb (Howard), Ila Bayrer, Douglas Caldwell, Nancy Martin and K. C. Martin; and his cousin Marylyn Wood. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, many friends and relatives.
